This artwork is a play on how Cupid is widely believed to have powerover love but, if one reads his story, is clearly a slave to it aswell. Inspired by both Cupid and Psyche's story and a poem entitledMuse by one of my friends, Jillienne Sotto, a part of which is alsoused in the artwork itself.
